11. OUR MATRIX TEAM OF GOOD HEART HAS A T.A.T. OF 7 CALENDER DAYS (mon - SUN) FOR SOCIAL SERVICES AND 2 WORKING DAYS INCASE OF ANY COMPLAINT RECEIVED ABOUT ANY SELLER. COMPLAINT ABOUT THE PRODUCT HAS TO BE DONE WITH THE SELLER ONLY.
